Key Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Expert to join our team at Pinkblue Supply Solutions. As a Key Account Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the dental industry.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to learn quickly, patience, persistence, statistical and analytical capabilities, sincerity, and trustworthiness. Experience in B2B business, healthcare, or concept selling is an added advantage.
Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage relationships with assigned dental professionals' accounts across the country to drive revenues and margins.
- Innovative Sales Strategies: Conceptualize and implement innovative ways of acquisition, retention, up-selling, and cross-selling to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Closing Deals: Utilize and develop sales skills to effectively close negotiations and deals, resulting in increased revenue.
- Customer Intelligence: Constantly gain knowledge and intelligence about assigned accounts to help them run their practices more effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Be thoroughly prepared on Focus Products by reading and learning about products, categories, benchmarking, exclusive offers, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Patient and Persistent: Demonstrate patience and persistence in dealing with customers and closing deals.
- Statistical and Analytical Capabilities: Have statistical and analytical capabilities to analyze customer data and make informed decisions.
- Sincerity and Trustworthiness: Possess sincerity and trustworthiness to build strong relationships with customers.
- B2B Experience: Have experience in B2B business, healthcare, or concept selling (an added advantage).
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we provide benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
