At ASSPL - Karnataka, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving Amazon Renewed adoption with B2C brands and merchants by interacting with key decision-makers within these stores.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating business relationships with key partners to make Amazon Renewed their preferred choice for selling refurbished products. You will also develop strategic account plans that identify creative initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Amazon Renewed adoption with B2C brands and merchants by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts to ensure they see the value in Amazon Renewed as a platform for selling refurbished products.
  • Create and execute account plans that align with the company's overall sales strategy and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We estimate an annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
