Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our efforts in client acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and expansion objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including CHROs & HR teams and CFOs/Finance teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop solutions to address client pain points
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business decisions, ensure alignment with company goals, and optimize resource allocation
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in the insurance sector (TPA/Broking/Insurance Company), preferably in the H&B space
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account plans, drive revenue growth, and expand market share
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
