Executive Sales Manager

TG Developer is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to take charge of our sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster enduring client relationships.
Key Accountabilities- Manage daily sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met and department performance is enhanced.
- Design and execute sales strategies that harmonize with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify fresh sales prospects and optimize market positioning.
- Foster strong connections with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
A competitive salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, is offered for this position. Strong leadership and team management skills are vital, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is essential, as is the capacity to think strategically and adjust to a rapidly evolving market landscape.
Qualifications- Established experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
