Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Leverage your expertise in sales strategy development and execution to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base within the education industry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the sales department.

  • Proven ability in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Experience in team management with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
