Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Molex. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding yearly sales targets under assigned accounts or industry or region through a series of financial and non-financial goals set by the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Early Sales Development Activities:
  2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  3. Manage lead generation and nurturing in Salesforce, identifying opportunities and converting them into sales.
  4. Collaborate with product division to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Build relationships with distributors to identify new opportunities and focus customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  1. Pre-sales Activities:
  2. Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into sales.
  3. Support customers with RFQs, business reviews, and price negotiations.
  4. Drive incremental sales growth in Salesforce.
  5. Provide sales support, including creating sales drawings, product specifications, and testing reports.
  1. Sales Activities:
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to drive business growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Coordinate PCN, QN, and customer qualification and approval for post-PCN parts.
  1. Other Responsibilities:
  2. Support the organization's initiatives on social responsibility, quality management, and lean manufacturing.
  3. Grow in value creation to the company, promoting and exercising MBM guiding principles and cultures.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry, preferably with design-in experience with OEMs/ODMs.
  3. Strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
