Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive revenue and growth for Lengths and Breadths. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Key responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities using a variety of methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing them with information about our products and services.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results, using our CRM system to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the interior design industry is preferred but not required.
