Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, identifying new opportunities and evaluating the quality of leads flow.
  • Qualify, convert, and nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Partner with the operations team to drive sales growth and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop weekly and monthly progress reports, highlighting key sales metrics and opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and property visits for closing clients, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to conversion.
  • Drive referrals from existing clients, upselling and cross-selling opportunities where feasible.
  • Grow channel partner tie-ups and generate regular business from them, expanding the company's reach and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development success through effective use of sales tools and strategies.
  • Ability to understand client preferences and requirements, correlating potential business opportunities.
  • Strong and professional English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Aptitude to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Able to act independently, bringing new ideas and solutions to the company.
  • Contribute fully to the team effort, playing an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.
  • Drive, grit, and team-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to compete and win in the sales arena.
