Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sobha Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding and analysing customer requirements, ensuring timely updates on the sales pipeline, and following up with customers to achieve high conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and closely analyse customer requirements
  • Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline
  • Follow up with customers and achieve high conversions
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and update reports in excel
  • Be responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
  • Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Lead generation through various marketing activities and provide necessary project details over email or WhatsApp
  • Pitch unique features of the project/product to potential customers
  • Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction
  • Expand outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives

Language Fluency: English is mandatory along with one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati)
