Sales Executive Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team at SJP ULTRASONICS PVT LTD - LASER DIVISION.
Your primary focus will be on marketing and selling our products, specifically Laser Welding, Laser Cutting, and Laser Marking.
You will be responsible for implementing sales plans, managing an assigned geographic sales area or product line, and maximizing sales revenues to meet corporate objectives.
Additionally, you will establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel.
Key responsibilities include managing personnel, developing sales and sales support staff, and reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Requirements include 2 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years of sales and 3 years of management experience.
