Sales Executive

SPM HR SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and using that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing team to grow our customer base and increase brand awareness
• Assist in setting up the sales lot or showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company and the customer
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Freshers with attractive incentive packages
• Experienced candidates with attractive salary packages based on performance and experience in retail
• Language: Min English and Kannada mandatory, other regional languages welcome
• Field sales experience with a valid two-wheeler driving license compulsory
