Sales Executive

Nilasu Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of sales processes, and a eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
  • Generate leads and initiate contact to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies to maximize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
