TG Developer is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to propel our sales team forward, driving growth and building lasting client relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Oversight of daily sales operations, including sales target achievement and department performance enhancement.
- Development and implementation of sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Market trend analysis and competitor activity assessment to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Cultivation of strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and is based in the downtown area. To succeed, you'll need strong leadership and team management skills, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is crucial, as is the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Essential Qualifications- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar position.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
