Sr Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sr Account Executive / Founding AE - SMB, NA. As an AE, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will leverage your strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, uncover their pain points, and demonstrate how Qodex can solve their unique software testing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify Inbound and Outbound leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling activities
  • Conduct thorough need analysis to understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients with respect to their software testing needs
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements:

  • Proven 3-6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role
  • Previous experience selling in North America region
  • Successful track record of winning high velocity transactional deals in North America region
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Proficient with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, email outreach, call outreach among other sales stack tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation: Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $130,000.
