We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Operations Manager to join our team at Dvio Digital Private Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. With a strong background in client operations, you will be able to drive business growth and success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Oversee daily operations for client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve client outcomes and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistent communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and success through operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
