Job Overview:

BrandStory Digital is a leading digital marketing agency that delivers end-to-end marketing solutions. Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Digital Account Lead to manage client relationships, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role:

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport through effective communication.
    • Nurture long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Understand client business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to drive results.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital monthly calendars, strategies, campaign plans, and other initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
    • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
    • Address and resolve client concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and ROI (campaign-wise + monthly).
  • Business Development Support:
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
    • Participate in new client pitches and proposal development when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital account management or a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
