ACL Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to lead the growth of our Digital Engineering business in India. As a Strategic Sales Growth Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Indian market.

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, particularly in the Technology Services industry. You should have a proven track record of target-oriented hunting in an individual role and be familiar with Digital Engineering technologies. Additionally, you should be able to learn new technologies quickly and stay updated on the latest trends in the field.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

This role offers a competitive salary of ₹18-25 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and career development opportunities.
