About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for a Strategic Growth Associate. We seek a candidate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably with a SaaS product. The selected individual will report directly to Senior Leadership and be marked for high-speed growth with a sharp learning curve.
The Strategic Growth Associate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, establishing effective business communication, and managing client relationships. This role is located in Bengaluru and requires on-site presence.

- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Business Communication and Account Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in the e-learning or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹3.75 LPA. Relevant sales or marketing experience would be an added advantage.
