Clevertize is seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive business growth and development by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can take on a range of responsibilities, including lead generation, research, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations where possible
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and account management, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach

Requirements:

  • MBA graduate with 0-1 years of prior agency-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Advanced understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, including models like SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
