Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team to identify, nurture, and close opportunities in target markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively positioning and promoting the company's SaaS products and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or Finance from a reputed college.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in SaaS sales in a IT product-based company.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and subscription-based sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve goals.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
