Sales Director for Enterprise SaaS Growth

The Role:
A seasoned sales and business development leader is sought to join our leadership team. As the Sales Director, you will develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies that drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic direction and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities -
Strategic Leadership: Provide direction to the team on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and prioritization among prospect segments.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Tactfully enable the team to follow up with prospects, host commercial negotiations, and drive urgency towards deal closures.
Partnerships & Influencer Management: Discover, acquire, and engage with strategic partners/industry influencers to drive demand creation and client acquisition across multiple geographies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Obsess with data and analytics to ensure repeatability and consistency around meeting Quarterly goals, and enable data-led experimentation.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in sales and marketing or PGDM specialized in sales with 10+ years experience
- Strong understanding of company positioning, pricing, and business development strategies for complex Enterprise SaaS Companies
- Extensive experience negotiating terms and closing contracts for businesses
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills and written communication
- Strong cross-functional partner, particularly with Product, Marketing, and Client Management teams
Estimated Salary: $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
