Ajay Singh, Co-founder and CEO, brings 17 years of experience in GTM and Product Leadership, with a strong background in India and the US.

Abhinandan Sahgal, Co-founder and CTO, has 14 years of Engineering and Product Leadership experience, including stints as Founding Engineer and Senior Director at Tekion Corp.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader, you will drive revenue growth and customer excellence through:

  • Detective-Level Prospecting: Uncover potential clients using online sleuthing, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Pitch Mastery and Charm: Develop compelling presentations and demos that impress decision-makers.
  • Professional Schmoozer: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders, making each feel like a VIP.
  • Sales Ninja Moves: Strategize to address client pain points and position our SaaS product as the ultimate hero.
  • Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and development teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Pipeline Juggler: Manage your pipeline like a pro circus performer, keeping every lead, deal, and follow-up on track.
  • Industry Guru: Stay ahead of industry trends and speak confidently about our product's value proposition.
  • Client Champion: Advocate for clients like a personal superhero, sniffing out upselling opportunities.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 1-2 years of sales experience, consistently overachieving targets.
  • Top-notch communication skills, with a strong LinkedIn presence.
  • Creative solutions savvy and sharp analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and Intent tools.
  • Growth hunger and ambition, with potential to scale heights within our sales or customer success family.
