We are led by visionary Founders who bring extensive expertise in GTM, Product, and Technology. Our CEO, Ajay Singh, boasts 17 years of experience, while our CTO, Abhinandan Sahgal, has 14 years of Engineering and Product Leadership expertise.
Your RoleAs a Sales Development Representative at Pepsales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our inbound and outbound strategies forward. You will work closely with our Founders and Product/Tech teams to gain a deep understanding of our product and translate customer insights into actionable product visions.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Nurturing leads and identifying fresh sales hotspots
- Qualifying prospects based on initial research
- Matching products and services to meet prospect needs
- Building lasting connections with prospects to transform leads into golden sales opportunities
You will also be responsible for procuring and utilizing the latest sales tools to drive success.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- 1-2 years of Sales development experience with a proven track record of overachieving lead targets
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in navigating tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Intent tools
- A growth mindset and ambition to scale heights within our sales or customer success family
