Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

DemandNXT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our sales pipeline and driving business growth for our SaaS solutions.

About the Role:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a robust database of prospective clients to fuel our sales efforts.
  • Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Classify leads into hot, warm, and cold categories based on their needs, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads to advance them through the sales cycle.
  • Client Engagement and Identification: Identify and engage with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Team.
  • Database Maintenance and Marketing Tools: Keep the database up-to-date with information from various lead-generation strategies and ensure accurate records. Utilize email marketing and marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation efforts and track campaign performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, with a track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads through various channels.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
