About the Role:
Razorpay is looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partnership dynamics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure ongoing sales and support.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.
- Perform platform/solution-based sales for all new prospects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup. Experience in the banking/SAAS/fintech/corporate or retail card industry would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
