About the Role:

This is a key position at Talentiser where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value US SMB accounts. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will lead executive business reviews and success planning sessions, create account development strategies, and orchestrate internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders and C-suite executives
  • Lead executive business reviews and success planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress
  • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver client solutions and meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, performance, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in strategic account management or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and consultative approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM and account management tools
