Job Overview

The Strategic Account Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of effective marketing strategies for high-priority accounts. Focusing on driving pipeline generation and accelerating existing opportunities, this role will partner with sales teams to deliver business results.

This global role requires a strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and proven experience in managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute against an evolving plan, prioritize numerous projects, and drive business impact measured by named accounts.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Define and execute account-based marketing strategies for assigned strategic accounts, encompassing ABM tools and tactics.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and Client Partners to develop regional, account-focused playbooks, including nurture, channel activities, live/online events.
  • Collaborate with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support, and creative development to ensure effectiveness for regional named accounts.
  • Identify and leverage most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for key accounts.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing and account-based marketing with large multinationals or IT firms.
  • Proven background in CRM/marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management and metrics, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Graduate/Postgraduate degree and ITSMA/similar ABM certification are preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annumAbout Mphasis
