At Trippr, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Build Relationships with Prospective Clients: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth.
  • On-Board Corporate Companies for Employee Transfer: Collaborate with corporate clients to onboard their employees onto our platform.
  • Maintain Consistent Contact with Existing Clients: Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to achieve targets and increase revenue.
  • Analyze Market and Establish Competitive Advantages: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Track Metrics to Ensure Targets Are Hit: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards targets and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or related field; 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Full sales cycle experience including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated sales success with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • CRM experience is preferred but not essential.
