Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion within the Tech Mahindra account for Microgreen Technologies Pvt Ltd. With a strong background in Staff Augmentation, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing account strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Tech Mahindra to expand our presence in the market.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and sustain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at Tech Mahindra by understanding their staffing needs and aligning our services accordingly.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through effective account mining, up-selling, and cross-selling of our Staffing Services, meeting and exceeding sales targets and account growth metrics.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute customized account plans tailored to Tech Mahindra's objectives, identifying areas for service optimization and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development within the Staffing Recruitment and Service Industry, preferably with a proven track record of handling large accounts.
