We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Tech Data Advanced Private Limited.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of our customer relationships and drive growth through strategic planning, account management, and relationship building. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts, identifying opportunities to grow business and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in key markets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategy and drive business results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
