Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agri Sales Business Development Lead to join our team in Bangalore, KA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven sales plan for your territory.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. Agriculture /Agricultural Marketing or MBA in ABM/Sales/Marketing (with rural focus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agri-sales or related field
  • Expertise in Seeds business, seeds distribution network, business cycle and preferences
  • Familiarity with agriculture, rural economy, and hard-working attitude
Benefits:

  • Daily progress reports to supervisory manager
  • Travel: Minimum 12-days for dealer visits and 3-days of field demonstration
