About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the south geography.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver results
  3. Cultivate relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
  4. Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve solutions
Qualifications and Experience
  • MBA/PGDM/ABM from a reputable institute
  • 8-10 years of experience in agri-business marketing and sales, preferably in hi-tech horticulture
  • 3-5 years of experience in the south geography
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹18,00,000 - ₹22,00,000, along with additional benefits and incentives.
