Sales Strategy Lead

**Job Overview**
At Fasal, we are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Lead to drive business growth and expansion in the south geography. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and sales skills to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
As a Sales Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for architecting year-on-year sales and marketing strategy for the zone, including sales plans (area-wise/district-wise/taluka wise), milestones, and budgets. Your primary focus will be on KA, AP & Telengana.
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in agri-business marketing & sales, preferably in hi-tech horticulture. They should also have 3-5 years of experience in the south geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead a team of Area Managers, Territory Managers, and customer success teams to achieve sales targets, collection, and market penetration targets for assigned zones
- Enhance relationships with existing customers and create opportunities for further sales
- Define sales targets, track performance, and revise strategies to deliver on goals
- Establish and implement processes for a systematic approach for the sales team
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams by providing market feedback and product feedback to continuously improve the solution
- Create and evaluate promotional plans to drive demand and product awareness
- Devise and communicate different incentive and reward programs to boost morale and sales
Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹75 lakhs per annum
