Job Summary:

As a Sales Strategy Lead for F&B Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for our customers.

You will manage customer account responsibilities, coordinate internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with customers to grow F&B Solutions sales in your designated market.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and nurture relationships with customers in your designated region to build business and achieve sales targets.
  2. Focus on assigned territory to meet yearly budget and build a strong pipeline for new business development.
  3. Evaluate customer satisfaction by delivering the right solutions as per their requirements.
  4. Build value-generative, long-term relationships with customers that result in increased sales and margins.
  5. Ensure timely payment collections as per agreed terms and conditions.

This role requires a deep understanding of ofi products, technical knowledge, and people management skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
