We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Redrob, a pioneering AI platform redefining professional development. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in beverage industry sales management.

About the Role

This position is responsible for identifying and onboarding new channel partners, providing support and training to ensure their success, managing partner performance, and developing strategies to improve sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, aligning sales efforts to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive channel growth and revenue
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Measure and report on partner performance, using key metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Identify and resolve conflicts or challenges within the channel
  • Provide expert guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand

Requirements and Expectations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel management, preferably in the beverage vending services sector
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, driving long-term success
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a willingness to learn and grow in the channel management field
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field, as required
