About the Role:

At Tech First Gulf Trading Private Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Channel Sales Lead to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales ecosystem, you will be responsible for executing channel sales strategies and managing sales-led initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to expand our partner network
  • Manage sales teams to achieve quarterly targets and business objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones to increase revenue streams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in channels distribution in IT hardware/software
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
