About the Role:
At Tech First Gulf Trading Private Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Channel Sales Lead to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales ecosystem, you will be responsible for executing channel sales strategies and managing sales-led initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to expand our partner network
- Manage sales teams to achieve quarterly targets and business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones to increase revenue streams
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in channels distribution in IT hardware/software
- Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- A competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience
