Job Overview

An innovative startup, Animaker Inc., seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead channel sales and partnerships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive growth through partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate agreements. Your expertise will help expand our partner network, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and recruit potential partners through data-driven approaches.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
  • Collaborate with sales, CS, and product development teams to accelerate deals.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
  • Work with partners to develop and execute outbound strategies generating new leads.
  • Provide onboarding and enablement support to partners.
  • Build mutually beneficial go-to-market plans and commitments with partners.
  • Present quarterly channel partner strategies to the management team.
  • Manage and present weekly and monthly forecasts on pipeline, new acquisitions, campaigns, and partner health to the management team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology field.
  • 6-8 years of overall experience with proven relevant experience in channel/partner sales.
  • Experience in software or technology sales from the specified market (SaaS).
  • Fluency in English and ability to interact with international prospects.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Effective negotiating skills with various types of channel partners and previous experience in closing large ISVs, resellers, etc.
  • Should have built a channel partner strategy and presented to the management team.
  • Productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.
  • The ability to represent the company at external events.
  • Tech start-up experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience with hiring and training team members is an added advantage.
