About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Execution
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments to drive innovation and market expansion.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives.
Market Expansion
  • Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and foster strategic alliances.
Revenue Growth and Reporting
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to the leadership team.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize revenue and profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies to implement effective sales processes and tools.
