Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Business Development Director to join our Commercial Vehicle Telematics team at Streamax Technology Co., Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the commercial vehicle telematics industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Identifying opportunities, segments, and industries for sustained growth and expansion.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Video Telematics industry.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and market expansion.
  • Identifying strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and foster strategic alliances.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in the Electronics, Commercial Vehicle, or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, with demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in implementing effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales performance and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and lead by example with integrity and professionalism.
  • In-depth knowledge of Telematics, ITS, Commercial Vehicle, Fleet management is advantageous, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
