We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. This role is ideal for individuals with 6-12 years of experience in demand generation and sales process management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all forms of demand generation activity, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads, and other forms of demand gen.

Key responsibilities include connecting target companies' decision-makers to influence them to work with Quest Global, identifying potential targets to match the requirement/capability, and setting up qualified meetings.

Additionally, the role requires strong coordination with marketing/sales teams to effectively reach out to decision-makers, articulating and mapping the value proposition to prospects' pain points, and ensuring meeting targets are met.

For this challenging role, we are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of product engineering services, Quest Global's services lines, verticals, customers, and competition.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or an MBA with specialization in sales/marketing is desired. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in a similar role in product engineering service space.
