About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to acquire new clients, and working closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or training industry
  • MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
