NuMode is a dynamic and innovative company looking for a talented Business Development Director to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on building relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B clients in the Pharma and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Outreach: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to initiate contact with decision-makers, including LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Pitch: Craft compelling pitches to showcase NuMode's value and differentiations to potential clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely follow-ups and reinforce the value and benefits of NuMode's product.
  • Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
  • Key Accounts Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing support, and explore upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, with 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the Pharma or Manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion, with a focus on outside sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
