At BLive, we are on the lookout for a highly skilled Business Development Director to spearhead our fleet franchise expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive growth in this dynamic industry.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in franchise sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network expansion, relationship building, sales pipeline management, negotiation, and team management.
About the RoleAs Business Development Director - Fleet Expansion, you will be responsible for:
- Franchise Development: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified franchisees who share our vision for success.
- Network Expansion: Overseeing the end-to-end process of franchisee identification to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our network.
- Relationship Building: Fostering strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees to ensure their continued success and loyalty.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline, tracking key metrics, and forecasting sales accurately to drive business growth.
- Negotiation: Pitching franchise proposals and negotiating franchise agreements that benefit both parties.
- Events/MeetUps: Participating in franchise development events, franchisee meets/webinars to stay connected with our network.
- Team Management: Leading a team of sales executives and inside sales professionals to achieve our growth objectives.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in franchise or business development.
- Prior experience in the franchise fleet/logistics/automobile industry is preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- A solid understanding of the franchise business model and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Kannada (required), English, and Hindi languages.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
