Job Title: Staffing Director

Company Overview: SBS Global is a dynamic organization with a passion for excellence and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Staffing Director to lead our recruitment efforts.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate offer and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills in recruitment techniques, candidate evaluation, and client management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies related to recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and candidate data privacy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and optimize recruitment performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
