Sales Business Development Director

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Director to drive our growth in India. This is a high-profile role that requires drive to succeed, professional competency, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage our global presence, MSP success stories, and various service offerings to create a significant India footprint.
- Customize staffing solutions for clients based on their specific needs.
- Act as the face of Mindlance Inc and build long-term client relationships.
- Design and articulate a proposition for customers and stay up-to-date with basic concepts in technology and various industry domains.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in selling through MSPs, working with VMS-based clients, and selling T&M, SOW, and Payrolling services is highly preferred.
What You Will Achieve:
