Executive Director of Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team at Staffi5.
As an Executive Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving regional P&L by meeting or exceeding monthly revenue and margin targets through effective territory sales strategies. This includes taking ownership of individual and team targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales goals are achieved with profitability.
You will also manage and oversee sales conversion pipelines, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue across regions.
A key aspect of this role is leading a team of Senior Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and holding each accountable for their own P&L. You will inspire and motivate a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to establish and maintain high-performance standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading teams to achieve challenging targets. Your expertise in field sales, particularly in healthcare partnerships or business development, is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills, technical skills in MIS and data analysis, and the ability to build effective partnerships within the healthcare industry.
