Business Development Director
Savvy Search invites applications for a Business Development Director to promote Powerol brand in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to develop sales strategies.
- Drive sales through dealer engagement and support.
- Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
- Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
- Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or MBA
- 3-6 years of experience in channel sales
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
