Job Title:

Business Development Director

Savvy Search invites applications for a Business Development Director to promote Powerol brand in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to develop sales strategies.
  • Drive sales through dealer engagement and support.
  • Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
  • Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
  • Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or MBA
  • 3-6 years of experience in channel sales
  • Proven sales track record and market knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
