Business Development Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Yatriv Consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cattle feed industry, with extensive market knowledge and experience in sales leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate cattle feed and feed requirements potential in the allocated territory
- Map the entire market of Karnataka/Tamil Nadu for business development
- Set up the sales team for AP/TN/KA/KE
- Appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory and launch the cattle feed
- Set targets to the sales team and achieve budgeted volumes, focusing on primary and secondary sales
- Keep track of ongoing projects, hunt for new business, and provide technical assistance as needed
- Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas, selling strategies, and opportunities to increase volume, goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building the team
NB: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the local languages and will be able to communicate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.
