Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Planning

The Sales Business Development Executive will assimilate and analyze information on clients, their competition, and market trends to provide inputs for the vertical sales plan.

Smart Selling and New Initiatives

The candidate will analyze category/industry trends, create a basket of opportunities with implementable plans, and suggest/co-create ideas in sync with client communication objectives.

Client Servicing

The Sales Business Development Executive will develop and maintain rapport with key clients/agencies, share market developments, create awareness of existing/new services, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and logistics.

Sales Review

The candidate will provide information on order booked, client calls, etc., participate in weekly/monthly sales reviews, and suggest necessary course corrections to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • MBA (Post-Graduation in Sales and Marketing from a reputed MBA school)
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills
  • Ability to deliver within strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, clients, and agency businesses

Salary Range

Rs. 15,00,000 - Rs. 25,00,000 per annum
