Sales and Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at SVAYO By Infinitied Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and acquire new salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory.
2. Drive business transactions and revenue growth through effective sales and business development strategies.
3. Build strong relationships with partners to increase revenue streams and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Develop and execute campaigns to acquire new partners and expand our business presence in the territory.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree with 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a win-win attitude.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
4. Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in online aggregator startups (OYO, Zomato, Magicpin, Porter) will be a huge plus.
2. Knowledge of other Indian languages is an added advantage.
